I thought u did not use this image after demanding a refund... well, u still used it anyway yeah ... and I noticed that you admitted that if the image is dark, the picture quality may not be as good .... for a dark picture, we have to brighten the image before printing, thus causing the unintentional white effect...we have no intention to show off our editing skill whatsoever.... just to clarify things .... I hope you have found a better image printer service elsewhere .... all the best ... Salam..
