for all mommies out there who love to make summthin different for our loves one..

boleh di coba resep chocolate cupcakes ini.. gampang bikinnya dan enak..

160g butter/margarine (#g pake butter..)
170g fine Sugar (#g lebih demen ngeblender gula.. )
185g low protein flour (#cake flour would do..
30g imported choc powder
3g baking Powder
2g baking Soda
2g vanilin powder(#g pake vanila extract 1sdt..)
50g epavaroted milk

Methode..

1. Beat butter/margarine plus sugar till creamy
2. Add in eggs mix well
3. add in cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, vanilin powder and flour mixwell
4. lastly add in epavaroted milk and mix well
5. bake at 170C for 20 to 25 mnt..

as for d cream cheese i love to use recipe from joyofbaking.com..

113 grams cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
30 grams confectioners’ (icing or powdered) sugar, sifted
80 ml cold heavy whipping cream (double cream) (35-40% butterfat)

Methode..
In the bowl of your electric mixer, or with a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the vanilla and confectioners sugar and beat until smooth. Using the whisk attachment, gradually add the heavy cream and whip until the frosting is thick enough to pipe. Add more sugar or cream as needed to get the right consistency..

but this time g bikin pengecualian.. ehehehe.. becoz, this girl so adorably cute..

so here i am making a bday cuppies for her BF who likes superman, arsenal, and bob marley..

have been to lazy to work with fondant.. so edible image is d solution.. nyeh nyeh nyeh….
